I am my own worst enemy; for far too long that is exactly what I have been to myself. I make promises to God, to myself, and to others that were made in vain. I have made little compromises that invaded the integrity of my life, challenged my character, and made others see me for what I really am.
Too often we challenge the goodness of God, living a careless life and knowing that His grace is sufficient. Yes, His grace is sufficient, but we need not make any more excuses. It’s time to stop compromising and stop living a mediocre existence. God is trying to prepare a new generation to forge ahead where no other generation has ever gone before.
We have a battle cry: to STAND with the integrity and character of our God and to walk in His power. Today is the day of preparation. God has called us, chosen us, and separated us from this world; we must start moving.
Look at the generation of the 70’s; they were a generation of revolution, standing against what they believed was wrong and standing up for what they believed was right. They stood on worldly ideas…we have an opportunity to stand on eternal ideas. What is a more worthy cause than God? As a generation we must take a STAND, lead a revolution, stop compromising, start holding one another accountable, and start seeking the Face of God.
If we look in the Bible we see a direct correlation between our generation and two other generations that came before us.
In the Old Testament we see Moses. When he was born, Pharaoh called for the mass murder of his generation to try and kill the man who would lead God’s people out of slavery.
In the New Testament we see Jesus Christ. When He was born, Herod ordered another mass murder on His generation to try and snuff out the one person who would bring salvation to the entire world.
Then you look at our generation. Thirty-three years ago, a bill called Roe vs. Wade was passed in our country; that bill legalized the murder of millions of innocent children in OUR generation.
We have to wake up! We are under attack more than any generation that has ever come before us. Look at all the things that haunt our generation: abortion, premarital sex, drugs, alcoholism, pornography, divorce, media, movies, television â€" on every level, everywhere we look we are under attack.
This is not by mistake; the enemy knows that there are men and women in our generation who are called to be WORLD CHANGERS and who are called to lead a revolution. We must make a difference; it’s our mandate. We have to do everything we can do to lead our generation in a battle cry. Just as Moses and Jesus came before us and led us out of oppression, we must lead our generation out of our ongoing oppression. It’s like the Apostle Paul said, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. Let’s start by allowing God to move within us so we can move our generation...

AMEN! We need to pray for our generation, our family and friends, as well as ourselves that this kind of stand will be taken....that this kind of revolution would occur! Accountability is very importantin all of this, as well as reading and praying daily! Lets take a STAND!
Matt 11:12
12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence , and the violent take it by force.
