Not knowing Why

There needs to be some reason to do what we do. Being able to identify this purpose will be one of the most important actions a person can take.

What is it that gets you out of the bed in the morning? What gets your blood pumping? What is the real reason that you do what you do?

Without having the compass called purpose to guide you through life, you plans may no be fulfilling to you. Everything that you do should be an expression of your purpose.

Not considering the Consequences

Often times we fail to understand or realize that reaching our dreams may cost us something. Behind every great story, business, ministry and marriage you will find a moment of sacrifice and discipline.

To reach your goals you must be willing to pay the price. It may cost you your precious reputation. It may cost you the comfort of your present situation.

You have to be willing to do whatever it takes to reach your goals. Weigh all the costs and then make a quality decision to go for it.

You must be able to persevere in the face of seemingly impossible odds and overwhelming challenges.

No Faith

We will never be able to reach our goals if we don’t believe that it can be done. When we don’t have confidence in ourselves or in God, it is almost impossible to achieve anything of any substance or importance.

Confidence is a habit that should be nurtured and strengthened every day.
We must believe that we have been given the incredible capacity and ability to overcome any of life’s challenges.
