Hello All,

I am Pastor Christopher Handy of The New Testament Bible Church located in Monroe, Louisiana. As you know the death and devastation that was caused by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Since that time evacuees have came to our town seeking shelter and care. We have thus far suppled that help but we are running out of supplies to assist our fellow bothers and sisters. Currently, We are trying to do two things setting up several new shelters and place single parents with small children in homes. Currently the larger shelters are getting crowed and several incidents have occurred with the small children at one of the shelters. We are also trying to purchase school uniforms, shoes, and school supplies for the evacuee youths who are now enrolled in school.
Therefore, I send this request out seeking any type of financial support that you are able to send. Your support will enable us to provide a safe and clean environment for those families who are in desperate need at this time.
