Jeremy Camp’s new live and unplugged CD/DVD is a must buy, no matter what your music interests may be. Jeremy has taken songs such as “Take You Back�, “I Still Believe�, “Walk By Faith�, and “Restored� and released an unplugged version of each song on this release. Jeremy’s powerful voice, backed by his wife’s beautiful and perfectly harmonizing sound, shines through with the gentle background of acoustic guitars, violins, and the piano.
The DVD contains the footage of the actual concert where the CD was recorded. Jeremy discusses the inspiration behind some of his songs and talks about his faith in an intimate way. The sincerity of his faith and his humor gives you a glimpse into his real life and the man who is Jeremy Camp. He tells stories about his daughter and his new wife, as well as talking about the tragedy of the death of his first wife, who passed away because of cancer soon
after they were married. Jeremy talks about the struggles that followed his wife’s death and how God used that to make him who he is today.

One of the extras on the DVD, is the actual music video for “Take You Back� which is a powerful and moving video, and would make this purchase worth the 10 bucks alone. This CD/DVD combo is a must have for all Christians, even if you are not that familiar with his music, you will see how God is truly glorified with his talent. This gives fans a chance to see Jeremy’s heart and the fingerprints of God on all that Jeremy is doing. It is also a great outreach tool for teenagers in your life who may not like “Christian� music as Jeremy has a sound similar to many modern rock artists and he avoids coming across as an “uptight, goody-goody� in his words; he just tells who he is and what he has learned from God through life. He teaches listeners about God in a way that will lead the listener to dig even deeper into the Word of God, hoping to see God reveal Himself as He has revealed Himself to Jeremy.

I highly recommend this CD/DVD combo to Camp fans and new listeners alike. Especially if you like music in its most raw form: Unplugged. Jeremy is just getting started in his ministry as God is leading him further and further down the road of faith.
