Google Earth puts a planet's worth of imagery and other geographic information right on your desktop. View exotic locales like Maui and Paris as well as points of interest such as local restaurants, hospitals, schools, and more. The program is easy to download and free. Oh and by the way, for directions, it makes mapquest look like child’s play.

Best Feature: FLY TO â€" just type in any address in the world and bam, you are free falling from space and slowly coming to a hovering stop over your destination. You can literally almost see the dust on your roof. Ok maybe not that close but it is a little creepy when you can zoom in on parked cars.

Our Take :: 10/10 (Question: What does big brother have if this freaking thing is free?)
